First Hotel Reisen

The First Hotel Reisen Stockholm is a deluxe hotel located directly on the Skeppsbron Waterfront and 42 KMS from Stockholm/Arlandia International Airport. The hotel is made up of combined 17th century town houses and is in the center of Old Town. "Gamla Stan", the name for the old town, is a carefully tended, 700 year old, pristine example of a living medieval town. Even though the hotel is located in the classic area of town, guests need not worry about out dated accommodations. The hotel is thoroughly modern and offers the most up to date amenities.
All of the hotel's guest rooms are spacious, comfortable and decorated with modern furnishings in a classical, old world style. All of the rooms offer the modern amenities and appointments that guests have come to expect from a hotel of quality. The steamship Per Brahe used to moor alongside the quay opposite the Hotel Reisen. In 1955 when the steamship was scrapped, the ship dining room and lady's parlor was salvaged and turned into a conference room seating up to 22 people. Downstairs, beneath beautiful cross vaults from the 1690´s guests will find the sauna and pool where they can relax and let their cares float away.
